Finally, the new album of Chuck Ragan's there. The shell is a nice and simple Pappschober and the booklet is presented as a newspaper, which on the back is a great image in the style of a poster. You can also take this new album go wrong. A really great indie folk-plate, with great lyrics away from the mainstream. The new plate can again with great arrangements of guitar, violin, accordion, mandolin, banjo and this time also boasts a significantly impressive bass. I'm excited. And Jon Gaunt is also back on the field again. The new record is a total of a little quieter therefore as a "feast or famine" or "Gold Country," which is not necessarily a bad thing though. The beautiful song "Valentine" from the live album "Los Feliz" made it on the new CD that you can clearly enjoy and waiting with two part vocal harmonies on. The song "Right As Rain" waiting times on with an unusual song for Ragan, but can surprise clearly positive. The last piece "Lost And Found" starts with a beautiful and peaceful Banjo and will continue to be accompanied by selbigem. At the end still comes a hidden track, which reminds a little part of the style of Eddie Vedder, who was enriched but clearly a Ragan component. I'm definitely excited. For all Chuck Ragan fans there is an absolute buy recommendation and for all others as well. Those who appreciate good handmade music should not miss this drive.
