This book presents clearly the different parts of the body but also the spychique the relationship to the body. The second part lists the pain or diseases that we can feel. Each disease is analyzed and explained the psychological point of view. According to this author we create our illnesses when we are not in agreement with ourselves or when we move away from our deeper purpose. The explanations are clear but sometimes a little succinct. I think this is a book that allows a first approach to the subject.
