A quality product with a "service" quality.

First a delivery problem with "Colissimo" that says that delivery has not been made because I was missing, which is wrong, it's very unpleasant. Especially since it's been several times that it happens and I find that it is every time there is a delay in delivery: statistics like that "Colissimo" must be good? I am also very satisfied with the seller "Plugable technologies" that sends a link or everything you need to know to use the product is said clearly and exhaustively all associated downloads are available (if there is Windows 8.1 is nothing to download). There is also an extensive DVD in the package (which I did not need since I am running Windows 8.1.
