As a friend has the predecessor of the food processor and the faithful do his services for over 10 years, I have decided for Bosch - and because the competition sometimes requires utopian prices. At first, just in a tough dough, smelled the machine to warm electrics, which has, however, evaporates after a few uses. Thanks to the 900 watts it digs at undiminished speed through every obstacle and the speed can be metered good about it. The stress test I have 20 minutes performed with a double portion Springerle dough. The machine had very nice to do, is warm and the paddle wobbled with each revolution, but it has no problems persevered, the dough was good and was always where he should be. The filling hole in the cover is nice and big so you can easily pour the ingredients, only caution is advised that nothing else is fooled. For this hole, I would have still required a separate cover, but you can not have everything. Of that residues remain in the bowl, I can not tell, my machine properly processed everything into a uniform dough. Overall, I can only recommend the food processor.
