The book is beautiful, a feast for the eyes. But this is not just a beautiful book. The author presents it as a practical manual, and it is quite right: the tables encourage meditation, the text is poetic and practical at once, the CD is perfect (and I have had no problem transpose it on my computer and i-pod, unlike a comment). The concluding chapter is really strange, but I love it. It must be the effects of prolonged meditation?
