Allowed here to see the hobby Blitzer 5 stars stand. The reasons are described in detail and right so far in the many positive reviews ... and anyway I prefer from two stars. Why? Because after 200 flashes (about 3 hours) the batteries are boiling hot, can be removed by hand (cooking!) No more and after loading with new batteries are empty after approximately 10 flashes. This behavior is not unique, but can in various forums in contributions of other users be read exactly. This is a serious lack and not to accept - unless you are sure that you never want to photograph an entire football team in many individual portraits with flash. What I do not know, unfortunately (and perhaps can someone here explain in addition) is whether that happens also with eg butcher or genuine Canon compact flashes exactly. Incidentally, I have two YN-565th If I do not operate on the second full power (eg only 1/2), put them a single charge without overheating for more than 400 flashes. Conclusion So: very good amateur flash, but unsuitable for (even occasional) tough professional use, if not dangerous (fire?). I would in your experience very interesting (maybe I'll also two "Monday flashes" that actually have a defect)
