I just got it, I have not tried recipes. But it really is very well done, and if everyone will perhaps not packed by each category (how to replace the meat / dairy / fat / eggs / gluten), everyone got find anyway (in my opinion). At the end of the book, a summary table for selecting the replacement product depending on the role of the original ingredient in the recipe (to bind, thicken etc.). And nothing to spoil a recipe for how to make the white or milk chocolate (vegan) yourself :) Some ingredients do not seem usual, it is true. However, for that has already chosen another food, it is clear that it is sometimes necessary to move to the order of ingredients on the Internet when you do not live in a big city. But nothing prevents to replace such "exotic" by other local spices. Otherwise easily found edible cocoa butter or maca powder on vegan sites (and certainly others).
If you want to eat differently and experience, you will not be disappointed.
