My Acer Gallant Duo I have ordered from amazon.fr incl for incredible 173 EUR. Shipping. The first unit had a defective camera, but the customer service from amazon.fr is the German sister in nothing after. Even while the defective unit was on the post back, amazon.fr had already sent a new one on the journey. My EUR 17 (!) Postage costs for the return were also reimbursed without problems.
Now for the device:
+ Software / OS: Almost pure Android 4.0.3 unfussy, indelible programs
+ Haptic
+ Dual SIM functionality: you can assign the address to one of the two SIM cards or decide with each call, with which SIM you want to call any phone number
+ Display Resolution: I do not know what you would need an even greater resolution in a mobile phone
+ Display Brightness
+ Speaker
+ Call quality: Loud and clear on both sides
+ Photo / video recordings: For a mobile phone absolutely ok
+ Notification LED on the front
+ Short charge time for the battery
o On / Off button: on the back, so some getting used to. I have the equipment but set so that I no longer have to unlock via the touch screen it. This way you can wake the device using the volume up / down rocker switch and it's ready to use.
o Battery Life: Two SIMs need more power than a halt, but the battery main users seem to be the processor, even in stand-by mode. I have all push services disabled and get my e-mails just in 30-minute intervals. Thus one comes with normal use to just two days.
o Weight:. with approximately 140 gr no lightweight but perhaps also because of the weight it exudes a certain value.
o probably there will be no update to 4.1 or 4.2, but what also? It works flawlessly!
