This is already my second epilator from the wireless' Silk-épil' series and once again I am disappointed mercilessly!
Although the performance of the epilator itself perfectly fine, but is there a huge problem with the battery.
I use the epilator for 'minor works' about 1 time a week, otherwise about 1x a month.
After a few months, both devices gave very strong after in battery power, not once epilieren 10 minutes has now more possible.
In the first device I had unfortunately misplaced the bill - impossible bought return a new device.
After a few months the same, but this time: bill repealed, went to the dealer and have send the device.
On the part of Brown, it was said, it was to find no error. Aha.
Again returned, Braun replied as before. Procedure repeated, same result.
Then Brown asked, but please all accessories mitzuschicken although previously expressly to send only the device as such.

I have paid a lot of money for this thing and now this oh-so-competent-customer-oriented company is to provide not once able decent job ?!
The product and the company would not only zero, but negative star deserves !!!
