G is 1000 and remains a super material - for trekking - robust, dust and fire resistant and when the muse has to grow, it also requires moisture insensitive. But - why do I need in a trekking pants back pockets ??? What a nonsense, I use already not in normal life, but hiking to put on a crowded back pocket makes no sense. Double trousers as with other G1000 models would be logical but what is the nonsense? For this, the leg pockets are relatively small and flat - partly due to the Zipp. I have my pants risen mainly as shorts - in one if necessary can anzippen legs and work - in the long run the zipper is but uncomfortable because the material is not as elastic as for example in the Tourser (which in the pants also the only advantage is - otherwise sensitive full scrap). It's just a tradeoff. Unlike my older models (built in 2003-05) find the pants is relatively narrow cut and what the deep-seated waistband to me is a mystery, especially when steep annoying that it pulls down the pants. Therefore, I have then taken a number greater to least likely to have some freedom of movement. I had bought the pants for a great tour and would not do it again. The pants have no internal security pocket as my other pants.
