A tragic summer on the island of Öland

The plot takes place during the summer, in the small Swedish island of Öland in the Baltic. In 1930, a large landowner died in an "accident", leaving two brothers. At his funeral a supernatural phenomenon occurs causing a heart attack a brother. That day 2 teenagers gravediggers Gerlof and Aron, attend the scene and decide to change jobs. Will become the first sailor and still live in Öland. The other (Aron) will follow his father in the "Country-Neuf", where considered a spy, he will rise from the condition of a prisoner to that of "military".
