A true cooling Monster

So what can I say. I am very pleased with this fan / cooler. I run now four case fans and now even a CPU cooler from Noctua. When I unpacked the package I was first shocked !! Since it was clear that the cooler for Socket 2011! Oh no then I have to return again yes! But then to read again, I saw; Special Edition! WOW! That my joy increased enormously but equal! Because there are different coolers for Socket 2011 or other Intel Socket. The mounting kit for the remaining base was enclosed with this package. In the 2011, however, are at even PWM fan! With whom I had not expected and also ordered other PWM fan. Well, this I then housed elsewhere in my body.

So now, but the cooling capacity. I did not expect much and I really was not disappointed!
I own a small cogeneration plant called: i5 4670 Haswell
The performance is great, the waste heat as well! Previously, I had a Scythe Samurai. But this was enough even at 100% speed not to cool the processor reasonable.
Therefore, I switched.

In Idle I have now 25 degrees Celsius. Before 30 degrees Celsius.

Not such a big difference.

Underload, after half an hour Prime95 I now have 47 degrees Celsius. Before! 80! Centigrade. Since we have the difference. ;)

The volume is imperceptible. Even without the Low Noise Adapter. Before, it was like a turbine.

The accessories is great. The instructions are in English though, but should, I think, not be a problem, because everything is nice demonstrated with pictures. The thermal paste is great, easy to dose and genuine quality in a beautiful syringe.

I'll just have to buy me when I need new cooling products Noctua. This cooler I can highly recommend and wish you all a happy 2014
