Small model for a brioche 750 g

Allows easy release because the bottom is removable.
After ten uses, the metal is a bare in places where we had rubbed for cleaned the mold (bottom of the fixing groove for example).
It does not really gene, for now it does not rust.

Satisfied with this mold.
