If you're a real lazy this book is more than enough, but I'm not really a lazy (and I to motivate me but once I motivated a Stakhanovite sport!) And I find the lighter. For those who want to go smoothly, that does not have too much time for sport or which are in no hurry to get results this book is perfect !!! For those who want more I would recommend the lazy Gymbox more exercises so you make your program even add even one bit in the box exos our usual! I 2 and I am the glutes abs program + the Gymbox my program and my usual routine - (about 30/45 min per day) I do watching TV for that time passes faster xD
