Röyksopp do it very well with Junior, this supersaturation factor to go out of the way. The very vocally is there enough variety. Thus one finds on a couple of songs the two gentlemen personally, then the savvy Robyn, the girlish voice Lykke Li, the hard onset voice Karin Dreijers and the gentle voice of Anneli Drecker. Even if you have edited the song all neatly on the album, it does not come over to clinically. But Anneli Drecker and her songs I like best of all.
Lykke Li unfortunately has a bit unlucky, because "Miss It So Much" drops something off because of its smooth to production. Röyksopp would have been better served with it, Lykke Li's second song "Where You Ever Wanted?" (Bonus track on the Japanese version of the album) to accommodate.
The two instrumentals "Röyksopp Forever" and "Silver Cruiser" divide the album into a beginning, a middle and an end, what the album but doing very well. They prevent especially at the beginning of the disk, the head smokes too much, because here the large Stampfer Album gathered. Here as some creaking bass gleefully to himself what especially "Vision One" is without delay.
Röyksopp understand it deal with their synthesizers. With Davide Rossi (Geiger in Goldfrapps live band!), They have also brought a special talent on board, underlining the drama of synth sounds with his string arrangements.
So the album but designed as a sustainable enterprise. "True To Life - my favorite - this shows in my eyes most clearly Successful sprawling synth sounds form skillful melodic lines, which are topped by outstanding singers..
For me the best thing was previously heard on the home Röyksopp. Keep it up!
