Amateur genealogist for years, I have learned many things through this book. He opened many new avenues to explore, from the side and notarized land registry archives. The two examples shown throughout the book are very telling. The set is quite easy to read, thanks to the many detailed explanations. The only downside is that it is better to read this short book in one sitting to follow the thread of the resolution of these "puzzles" exemplified.
