Absolute crap and meager customer service!

Ordered I received at the Bedifol GmbH and bad, not really transparent films that slight traces of dust had already in the supply on the edges. No wonder the film were not so packed, as seen on the product image, but placed loosely in the letter.
It is recommended in writing to change the sheets every 4 months, therefore, the ladies and gentlemen of Bedifol probably go on the assumption that the films can be kept min. 20 months without packaging, without being deposited further dust. Who comes up with such a thing?

And then here is the description:
"Maximum transparency and surface quality - ideal for high-resolution screens"

Maximum transparency? Even when pulling you see on the back of the glue streaks that are completely visible on the screen after applying the foil. So it is appropriate probably limited slightly milky and for high-resolution displays. How can one speak of "maximum transparency"? It should be examined photos and then send the milky films? I will add up a few photos at the moment.
When switched on, apart from the milky white of course, not so much, but of course tarnishes the screen and the pictures can no longer be appraised as good.

In addition, it says: "Simple and fast installation without the use of fluids
Delivery incl. Detailed and easy to follow instructions "

Quick and easy installation? Are you kidding me? Are you serious when you say that! I now have 2 times attempts in vain, a film without bubbles raise - in vain.
How is one to please with a credit card ("soft coat" in the instructions) bubbles rauskriegen that can only move with high pressure at all?
Total letdown. In contrast, you would have to when applying, best smooth with your thumb, the film. So I have it on the 3rd attempt and after 2 films that ended up in the trash, managed to make the film was applied almost without bubbles, but milky white streaks are of course still available as well and also have slight scratches visible on the film.

A impudence something as films with "maximum transparency" for "high resolution displays" sell by one then looks like through a pane of frosted glass on her photos (times somewhat exaggerated).

After I complained, I was offered by Befidol to buy two other films at a price of 6.95 euros.
Evidently should be the probably better and thicker. May well possibly be, but why a bitch is here then only as sold and then recommend more expensive to buy?
