The SainSmart Arduino met all my expectations. Simply by arduino.cc downloaded the free IDE (here for OSX) and installed the board via the supplied USB cable plugged in, the menu under Tools -> Boards - tested> Mega 2560 selected a dozen of Sample Sketches arbitrary, everything goes without problems !

Then have ordered Ethernet Shield infected W5100, tested a few examples of Arduino Ethernet, also everything without problems!
