As a convinced Conti TS 850 driver I had to grab selbiger from dealer to another premium Pneu back due to non-existence. I have never regretted my choice.
I had two Contis front and two old Michelin rear and have the Contis can now pack up to front to back and Goodyear.
Fact: Goodyear is much quieter!
On bumpy road, a very good cushioning comfort, without being soft or doughy When cornering. Only the somewhat more sterile, feeling looser steering behavior I want to complain about. As is the Conti a nose (but actually only slightly) ahead. The fuel consumption is 110km / h constant speed on the highway as well as the Conti 4.8 - 5 Litres; So also a great RoWi.
Snow: Excellent traction until the tires lose their grip. Top!
Cornering, I ascend there just actually on snow, or at least on asphalt? ;)
Shelf life: Can I still nothing to report after 1 month.
Conclusion: Meets everything they are put in claims to a winter tire, the Conti TS 850 is second to none. Having eaten coil a few kilometers in, definitely the better choice because it's just much quieter! One can safely access and go play in the snow. :)
