Absolutely horny Shooter

40 GB of space on the hard drive? That should be a new record! Steam has felt day and night downloaded. Well, when you see the bombast optics, it can be a little understand, the game makes heavy graphically what ago. Unfortunately, the graphic moves into areas with many enemies and massive computing power, so that the frame rate sometimes a considerable one at my old number cruncher broke and I had to play some sequences almost in slow motion :-) Anyway, has become my impressively clear: For current games like this need probably a new computer if you want to enjoy the game at a high resolution and maximum details.
For Game itself: In the heart of an old-school shooter, not so different from the old id stuff. Some areas reminded me of Quake if you have rumfetzen in a large hall or an open area, for example, without einigeln somewhere and shoot from cover to. But there are also classic interior level where you vorlugen around the corner and can handle an opponent after another. But even that has its limits: powerful opponents crumble with their arms at times also my coverage or leave whole passages collapse (eg Eye of London). Without Bullet-Time and all the bells and whistles. Very varied and sometimes not completely stupid opponents, a few crisp boss fights (eg Eye of London). The cyberpunk story about a few last resistance fighters who oppose the Nazis, which in the 60's the entire planet (+ Moon) have conquered, is also fine. The villains are magnificent klischeetriefend, profoundly evil and sadistic. Our hero single-handedly dismantled for whole building. Optical class made, great sound, good German synchronization. The weapons are consistent, have oomph and sound that way. The truck, a laser weapon that leaves enemy soldiers appetizing burst. On the representation of Nazi symbolism, I could do without in my German version. I think it's also silly, that there is such rigid rules in Germany, of glorification can now really be no question. As if a Nazi could it find favor if he is represented as a malicious sadist and constantly gets on the bell. At headquarters there on the 2nd floor with a mattress, the use of which leads to the original Wolfenstein game. Funny.
Of course there are plenty of incentives, whether they are in-game, or the familiar Collectibles Steam Achievements: gold objects, maps, Enigma code and sound recordings. The latter is amusing: Records where English evergreens were set to music by German Nazis, for example, sing "The Beetle" instead of "She loves me, yeah, yeah, yeah", "The moon, yes, yes, yes". :-)
The game is especially in view of current comparisons (Max Payne 3, Homefront) fall neatly long. If you really want to scan everything possible to find the latest incentives, you can invest no less than 20 hours. Only the introductory chapter lasted over an hour. To survive in the hardest difficulty "About Soldier", need to practice on easier difficulty beforehand anyway.
I can only recommend this game, really entertain me well. Those looking for a classic shooter without too much fuss, is absolutely right.
