Absolutely listen

I am "really" Prog / Rock / Folk of the 70, on the really big of Musikgeschiche as Pink Floyd, Genesis, ELP, Supertramp, Eagles ....
This CD has brought in a short time to audiophile honor. Many really good dealer for HiFi systems they use in equipment demos. I also came across this detour to this CD that I would have otherwise have not even listened to and purchased under any circumstances. As a bonus when buying a Beyerdynamic I was allowed to pick me a CD. Since I was in limited supply nothing appealed to me, I chose precisely this disc, almost as a test CD.
The Great Voices with all the Ausagen to quality ("Reference Sound Edition") seemed to me suitable to feed my new system and the KH time befitting.
Then the surprise: a sound (about KH), of almost everything so far was exceeded. The title "Great Voices" suggests already that it's about the singing excellent artists here.
And this goal controls the disc then on consistently. The beautiful "While I Look At You" (Sands, Evie) and "No Sanctuary here (Jones, Chris)" I immediately went under the skin - which I had not expected. In the next few days then came quickly further added Unfortunately, all liked each time better. For this, the brilliant sound that I naturally owe also the new KH or my Heco Celan.
Meanwhile, the Great Voices is "my" musical discovery and CD of the year. After many, many hours to me now every song like it so much that I will not give to the 16 pieces of less than 4 out of 5 stars. A reasonable investment and this CD, then you want to never, ever hear back MP3's low Biitrate about cheap earplugs.
INAKUSTIK proves that a "normal" CD can be also superior in Pukto dynamics, spaciousness and detail resolution of the good old record - if you do it just right. I hope even at a Vol. 2 .....
