I have not yet bought not a single CD of Sarah Connor, but after I saw them in December 2005. Stefan Raab and heard singing, I wanted the Christmas CD have necessarily. And the purchase was worth it !!! This CD has become so beautiful that I would like to personally congratulate Sarah and to thank. The holiday season is really over, and I still can not stop listening to this wonderful mix of familiar, jazzed-up Christmas songs and own new creations. My absolute favorites are "Be thankful", "Sweet is the song" and "Tonight's the night!" In the latter, Sarah was inspired by "Oh du Fröhliche" what is lugubrious initially because their version but has a lot more "swing" and the actual, rather devout "Oh du Fröhliche" already differs a lot. But already the second listening, it is a catchy tune and leaves Christmas suddenly appear in a somewhat swifter light. In "Sweet is the song" can be seen "Sweeter the bells never sound" already much lighter out. I Sarah's music previously considered nothing special, and they've put their songs more in the usual "earwig-drawer", I have to at least admit here that it has a really fantastic voice, and this song gives not only a beautiful sound but a simply bewitching. Their ballad "Be Thankful" in my opinion is so beautiful that you have to press the "Repeat" key more than once. In addition, I think this is a song which one also quiet after Christmas can still hear, since he is very neutral. However, the remaining 9 songs are a must. It is in short a lively, but also agree tremendous mixture wirkich each displaced in Christmas mood and the festive season gives a new luster. I'm just completely thrilled by this CD and can only recommend a listen once, and this disc zuzulegen. (Even if only for Christmas 2006!)
