If you had ever had a Velux blind mounted in the roof window, you can just leave the old plastic stick holder and click into the new shade. If one has no plastic holders, then you attach the supplied one. The aluminum rails right and left are attached with small supplied Spax screws. The matching screwdriver is the way here in each package! I would be a screwless mounting even better, but let's face it: Somehow the blind must indeed keep and have strength. In addition, you probably will anyway remove it ever again ... My blackout blind fits perfectly, bombproof and dimmed to 100% without light transmittance.
QUALITY:
The material is high-quality. The corners and edges are rounded off so that you can at least after assembly can never hurt. When unpacking nothing reeks of chemicals. Even after constant up and down pulling the blinds you notice any wear. The guide rails are stuck. The fabric is thick and firm and also acts not so that he could break! Meanwhile, I have several black-out blinds and a roller blind of the company Velux. I'm very satisfied! In a large skylight, the blackout blind acts discreetly and falls in the open state on barely.
