Since I am traveling a lot in the steel mills and foundries I was looking for a practical hearing protection and wanted to test this time. The plugs are soft and fit well in the ear, you can look for a few minutes "follow up on" the stopper a little if they have accepted body temperature. To really effectively insulate loud ambient noise I have these things, however, until it stops ear. Conclusion: For people who chose to not need the protection from time to time they are in order here. For several hours, and good soundproofing, I recommend the good "old" earplugs foam earplugs.
