I bought the hearing protection for a larger office, where several colleagues sitting in order to concentrate better because always someone on the phone, or is discussed with each other and often to shield noise from the street. For the noise from the street and a lot of other noise he works very well, language / telephone calls other one gets but still with even, albeit greatly attenuated. Here earplugs are simply much more "dense". But I already knew. But when times comes quickly a colleague to ask you something, it's much easier (and less dangerous) quickly remove the X4A and put it back when the stopper quickly extract (vacuum!) And reinzustecken again. The X4A is very light, has a relatively thin ears and presses not during extended use, so from me 5 stars
