PLUS:
- Extremely small and portable (comes with black cover)
- Chic design (the white is somehow an Apple Touch - I wonder why :-)
- Acceptable for the size keyboard - Enter key is slightly larger, the keyboard is not too soft (as in many other Acer keyboards), the key size is just about acceptable, ie a smooth writing is possible after a short time. The Asus EEPC-Tastatatur was me because, for example too small.
- Good facilities: 1GB RAM, 120GB HDD, 3 USB ports, VGA-out, extended desktop - perfect for Beamer, 5-in-1 card reader SD PLUS second-card reader (but rather for the 110L useful as storage expansion)
- Surprisingly good mirror display which is still acceptable even outdoors in direct sunlight straight.
- Windows XP and Vista NOT
MINUS:
- Mirror screen: Matt would have been better, but I've just ne matching foil ordered (recommendation of Aspire-One-user: [...]): Vikuiti ARMR200 screen protector for notebooks with 8.9 "inch widescreen display (at Bedifol on Amazon)
- The Aufläsung does have 1024x600 pixels, which is more than the first EEPC, but sometimes the 600 pixels come already reached their limits. Remedy is about the full screen display with Mozilla Firefox.
- The battery lasts between 1.5 and 2.5 hours, so about 2 hours. Underwhelming, but for the price it's ok. A 6-cell battery is available at retailers already in the list, but is not yet available (about 80 euros incl.)
- The touch pad is a bit strange, since the keys are next to the pad left and right. A mouse is recommended.
Conclusion:
All in all, I fully buy recommendation. For some like this "netbook" due to the small keyboard (but much better than that of ASUS) and the small displays might not be ideal, in my opinion, it is but a full-fledged notebook. Missing (DVD drive) or additional device (monitor, mouse) can be connected without any problems. The by some as too loud fan noise is called acceptable - there is much louder in small notebooks. Too hot it will not in any case even in vollastigem continuous operation.
Will try to install Linux on for advice, which I raufspielen (Linpus as the 110L, RedHat, Ubuntu ...?) Is, I would be quite grateful. Would like to install a second operating system only to SD card, if possible.
