The pan is actually not bad, but unfortunately supplied by Amazon pans appear to be 2nd choice. The first pan had to feel damage the top edge, there the coating was chipped and a significant impact damage in metal. So a complaint, sent back and again ordered, thanks to Amazon service very simple. The second pan was delivered in the middle of inner (roasting) area a distinct small pock-edged in the coating, on the one guaranteed remains permanently connected with spatula or other cooking utensils and thereby represents a predetermined breaking point in my eyes. So a pan bottom should already be smooth carefree roast without annoying pox! So complained again and sent back. Now we have bought our (third) in the pan hardware store around the corner. There, she was not quite as low as here, but without any defect and our first roasting results are very satisfactory.
Conclusion for us: The offered here, very cheap price may have its cause in the quality of the delivered goods. Twice a pan with errors is already noticeable and leaves us the impression of 2nd choice arise. However, this should be stated in the article description also as specified!
