The stand is really not bad and the many benefits you can read in the existing reviews. The following points are noticed and have led in total to the fact that the tripod for my purpose, as heavy, very stable supplement to the travel tripod is not suitable and I send it back:
-Stabilität-
Despite the high weight it does not come close to the stability of the Manfottos. Since I had not taken off his legs and the spikes have put on the kitchen tiles, I believe that it is up to the center column. Very tight tightening the screw made it a bit better, but that overloaded the system in the long run and the result was not convincing. Maybe it's on the tripod head with the pistol grip?
Closures of Stativbeine-
At least one of the locks for locking the legs was very hakelig in my copy, just awkward to close. That would often annoyed determined or might have gone quickly broken because you had to fumble and tilt very long to get it to close properly again. Probably a little mistake.
-Wechselsystem-
The exchange system with the huge Removable do not like it. Like most buyers of this stand, I too have no huge professional camera with huge heavy lenses, but an amateur camera (Canon 70d) with "normal" lenses. And for that, I like the small size of my release plate Manfrotto. Here I leave the removable disk simply screwed - that does not work with the big system. Poor, I also found the closing of the exchange system, the latch and you must also screw so that it is firmly seated. That's too expensive. At Manfrotto simply snaps a lever, ready holds.
-Fazit-
For me the stand brings not the expected value and the desired complement to travel tripod, since it is not stable enough and the AC system do not like to.
Poor but it is not ... and the price (55) is really great.
