Materials, workmanship and price are really reasonable. The cover also serves its purpose, however, the magnet of the cover is to be attached to the Ipad really pretty weak. That bothers me a little, that's why only 3 stars. Will probably use the part only as a temporary solution in the long run because it is really annoying to constantly fix the magnet again.
