I received this hub without power supply when the product description implied that it was provided. I contacted the seller who said "sorry" without further information. I think it would be more honest to specify in the product description that the AC adapter is not supplied and indicate the characteristics of a compatible adapter. In addition, when multiple drives are connected, the hub tends to just mix everything.
