The pad was delivered quickly. Very well packed. Striking immediately at the 1st sleeping: the head is completely soft and gentle on enclosed. The cushion feels very comfortable and fits my head and neck shape perfectly. It is warmer than my old pad, which will be helpful, especially in winter. As a special feature it has a special fabric, which provides for improved air circulation at the sides.

I would recommend the pillow, especially as the price is very good. My last pillow cost three times as much!
