Today I played Face Noir to end and am very positively impressed. I can really play any adventure lovers warmly recommend only. It has a great, dark atmosphere, cynical comments, a fairly exciting plot, well-drawn characters and ordinary, challenging and sometimes original puzzles and puzzle. The graph is now not as the strength of Face Noir but the scenes in and around New York of the 30's are designed very atmospheric and compelling. However, the character animation and the characters themselves are unfortunately quite stiff and angular. For this synchronization is really well done and the background sounds like rain, thunder and crockery rattle even sound good. The jazz music (soundtrack CD included with the game) düdelt so to himself and goes well with the setting. My Time Played: about 12 hours
My negative points: - Polygonal characters, stiff character animation (-5) - No diary (-3) - A few sentences in two interrogations are not set to music (-2) - Game characters can not run (-2) - Hardly Puzzles Help (-2) - A crash (-1)
