The cable makes a very stable impression and at first glance, everything seems to be fine. I have the cable ordered to my Panasonic TV with a Panasonic HD recorder to connect. Picture and sound were perfect. Panasonic devices have a so-called Viera Link interface (this is different from other manufacturers), can be sent and received via the device-specific commands. This is due to the so-called CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) line (pin 13 on HDMI connectors). This line was not wired! I measured it so. Also, in a second ordered cable that was not the case.
The cable is sold as version 1.3, but does not have the capacity (CEC line), which must have this version. Thus, I could not use my Panasonic VIERA Link interface devices. The TV set was when trying to use this always following message: "Not Available"
I then an org me. Panasonic bought cable, and since then everything is going well! It has, unfortunately, once again confirmed ... who buys cheap, buys mostly double. Because of this, only 2 stars.
Anyone who does not use this interface, but would not hesitate to resort to this cable!
