With me came directly from the Start, the problem that it has crashed diret. I could solve the problem as I have the Tunebite High Speed Dubbing driver disabled in Device Manager under Audio-video game controllers. Rocksmith is incompatible therefore with Tunebite.
Losgelegt:
Inserted the game and first found that the resolution is misleading too low, but to the first fear not turn up this I could take. Full HD is onboard despite porting, so far so good.
I play guitar a few years and find the dynamic difficulty adjustment simply superb. But I can imagine it could quite overwhelm the individual skill levels beginner me. Power but nothing that's what other modes in which one of the song does not anticipate running but waiting for each note played.
The design I like very well, in Probem I reach points while playing, a certain number of points is reached I unlock new amplifier and events (such as performances) free between the individual events bring a challenge closer to methods like Hammering & Pulling, Muted notes, slides and similar. The tones are doing very well, recognized, albeit with a slight delay and the individual tabs (with different colors for the 6 strings) playing after some acclimatization quite flaky.
For Beginners:
The game replaced in my eyes for complete newcomers no teacher, but the sense of achievement is enormous. In parallel with the guitar lessons I could imagine with Rocksmith tremendous progress. The display which finger you what such attacks, however, is the quick play easily overlooked so I would imagine that many simply is gripped incorrectly and when the first has strengthened it's hard the rauszukriegen again.
For Advanced:
I like Rocksmith especially so well because there is a quasi-permanent force to look at the screen, it automatically looks less on the guitar and trained so the blind play systematically. The dynamic difficulty system I find very challenging and rarely unfair. The motivation is mistaken, you do with any time to play more points which always gives a feeling to get ahead. The challenges teach a special techniques and through the achievement system it feels to be rewarded always so before reaching for.
The Songs:
For me as a Rock / Alternative - Music Fan songs selection is just great succeeded. An accurate selection of all songs is available on the following website: [...]
The song list can be extended by the in-game shop, here costs a new song in the Rule 3 which is just my opinion, still in the context when one considers that there are several levels of difficulty for each song to be queried. In addition, the lyrics will be displayed to all the songs with well above always.
The Control:
The game is designed so that you are practically only the Enter key, spacebar, Esc and the directional pad needed to control. As one way whatsoever the guitar at the leg has been very gratifying. Pleased me also that you can connect without problems even an Xbox 360 controller via USB, although the name in the game continue "Spacebar" and the controller is only about Digipad possible but I'm glad they have built it, so can you play well from the couch with controller and guitar.
For Guitar:
Very pleased me that you will be asked directly at game start if you used a Linshänder or Rechtshändergitarre. In the version sold hereunder the complete bass package is already included and you can change within his career on-the-fly between guitar and bass.
Multiplayer:
The game has a multiplayer mode, but not live with other friends (each in his own computer) but only together on a computer with 2 Real Tone cables. This, however, I could not test so far. But are also here to each of the players will be interrogated based on the respective selected profile and can squeeze several difficulties impart a good feeling.
Conclusion:
For me, the game of the year. For those who have already held a guitar in his hands and happy re-enact famous songs would in my view a must buy. Beginners I recommend the game to understand rather than support in addition to the lessons, you want to teach it only with the game I recommend to take into account the different modes away from the "journey". So for example, there modes in which a song is not "running away" but the wait with every note on the player. While this hinders the flow of music, however, is great for beginners. The computer should not be connected via HDMI to a stereo system, since it comes here to even greater delays, which can be somewhat offset in the options but the latencies are here already apparent. The best works by the manufacturer on the monitor with HDMI or DVI-D and the sound from AV to connect.
Enjoy playing - keep rockin.
