After I had read so much about the slower Sandisk SSD, I hesitated whether I should buy this Ultrabook for not just low price. One course, the question arises whether one can tell the difference without comparison at all.
The R4002V was now a few weeks at different dealers not available and according to my request to the ASUS sales I was hoping to get one back with Adata SSD. So I then slammed to ATELCO on 19:09:12 (the new shipment had arrived) and lo and behold: ADATA!
Original packaging with sealed, because I did not want one from a redelivery.
All other frequent criticisms I can not make fixed in my Zenbook:
- It does not wobble
- The touchpad is installed properly (and works great in multitouch!)
- ADATA SSD
- The fan off and starts but is ultra silent as I was used to completely different
- Processing seems to me perfectly, I can state absolutely no errors
- The i5 processor is super fast for my applications, so absolutely sufficient for me
- The theme of the halos I can not understand, in normal use, I imagine nothing special celebration. I know but honestly not the conditions under which one can tell, therefore this time no vote except: For me, everything is ok because in a normal environment.
- I come prima cope with the keyboard, spacing the keys and tactile feedback are great, but that is to be evaluated so highly individual.
I am very happy with my decision. Who is still interested, I add times the response from ASUS sales in that has brought me to wait until now with my order:
(Answer from 12:09:12)
"Dear Mrs ...,
First we would like to thank you for your interest in our products ASUS, thank!
The procurement and production process of each manufacturer of electronic products is set up so that there are multiple suppliers for these components for nearly every component of a product. Otherwise, when a shortage of only a single component, the production of the product would no longer be possible. Of course, the components used are equivalent and correspond to the defined minimum requirements of our high quality standards. This naturally also applies to the built-in ASUS Zenbooks SSD hard drives. Given the current difficult supply situation of hard drives in general we may submit no exact statement:
The UX31E series is however currently supplied mostly with Sandisk.
The UX31A series is currently being supplied with majority Adata, but we can not guarantee that some models do not run with SanDisk.
We hope we could help you.
Sincerely / Best Regards "
I wish in any case every so much fun at this Ultrabook as I now after a few days already have him. Great chic part!
