I need a lamp to illuminate sure my running track at the evening jogging on unlit field and forest paths.
This is not satisfactory possible with this lamp.
1. The illuminated area in front of a Despite the widest wide angle setting of the lens is still too small to sufficiently fast to detect puddles, potholes, stones or branches at a brisk running pace.
2. The light / dark transition is defined much too spicy. Outside the point-like light spot is darkest darkness, no diffuse ambient lighting. This hard while running at extreme.
The brightness is quite enough, and the processing can so far nothing to be desired (2 weeks) left. I can report nothing about the power consumption.
The comfort is good, the straps holding the lamp safely and without any pressure points on the forehead.
Therefore, two points.
Update:
Now I have found a way to use the lamp but not for my purposes:
The lens can be unscrewed. Thus, the light cone spreads much further, we see more and it is still bright enough.
Therefore, the assessment corrected to 4 stars.
