I got the knife the day after the order. Unfortunately, I realized first that the wood of the handle of a knife does not include the edge of the metal. But that's actually not so bad.
Unfortunately I had to notice, however, that the cutting edge was milled very weak from the prongs forth irregularly and also visually very unfavorable at the other knife, so that the front was no top, but the knife virtually flat (as canceled) looks. With a steak knife so I can not accept the course.
Therefore I turned to Gräwe and added a picture to. The next day I was told. They thanked for pointing out promised to pass it, and brought away to the spare. Better and more professional you can as a trader or manufacturer does not respond. (Not part of product review but I think it is extremely noteworthy.)
The replacement blade is absolutely spotless from the blade forth, also the grip is working properly, except for the fact that the timber ends that show the knife tip, look equal (which probably no one will pay attention when eating).
The knife with the poor cutting is obviously not in the standings.
Entire five stars (which are often represented here) but I think for a little much. But overall, it is (ultimately) a good product.
