Have not purchased through Amazon but a toyshop in the home game. Full of anticipation unpacked and found frustrated by just under 2 hours that some game cards are faulty and a character is missing. looked around then to Google and came across the website of the manufacturer - saw there that it goes so more buyers like myself. I just then set equal to the manufacturer by e-mail in connection and on the same day (was carnival weekend !!! a Saturday night) and get a nice detailed email. I was then a few days with a very nice and friendly staff member of the manufacturing company in contact and got about 1.5 weeks after buying the game the corrected maps and the lack of character received.
Despite initial teething problems, the assistance by the employee of the manufacturer was very nice, courteous and service oriented! Very nice and pleasant contact! Have now replaced the fehlden cards and look forward in the next few days finally completely try out the game.
