a.) Kalita Wave Pot kettle and Hario Buono Kettle (1.2L)
b.) Hario v60 Range Server coffeepot (800 ml)
c.) Hario V60 Glass Dripper 02 and Kalita Wave Dripper 185 glass
d.) Solis Scala 166 coffee grinder
to a.) The Kalita Wave Pot has become the Hario Buono replaced me. With it, I can finally the hot water dosing perfectly accurately, which does not mean that the water to the Buono leaves bad dossieren. The Kalita is also processed valent, and consists of - not dishwasher-safe - stainless steel. And this is the real shortcoming of the Hario who after 3 months started with me easily be recognized rust. Without this feature, the report also others, I would still use the Hario, who also 'shines' through its easy-care brushed surface.
to b.) The Hario v60 is just perfect. My full recommendation.
to c.) Both Dripper both fit on the Hario v60. Since then I have discovered that not elsewhere zusammengepresset packaged paper filter of Hario, the total Hario is my favorite. Prior to the Kalita had the Hario almost entirely supplanted here. But if I allow myself a large coffee in my large mug, I use the Kalita, because there still has a tight fit. The taste I can see no real difference in taste. The unpressed Hario filter have but just a beautiful structure, and the eye drinks as well known with ;-)
to d.) The Solis Scala has all my attempts to grind my own roasted coffee, ended. My recommendation for all coffee lovers handgebrühten (incl. French press). The mill seems to have been improved in small details. In my copy in any case no ground coffee collects virtually more behind the collector. If I nachfege every few days with a brush, these are only a very few crumbs that have accumulated there. Also, the structural problem I can as often portrayed, not understand. At the inner edge of the collection container a little coffee hangs what is normal for me. But for espresso lovers I can not recommend this mill. For this purpose they served not fine enough.
Those who wish to learn about the many ways of making coffee, I recommend the pages of Coffee Circle.
And now I wish you all a lot of fun and pleasure while enjoying your next cup of coffee.
