At last ... so will surely end of the 90 some Maiden have thought followers, as Maiden finally brought back the "Prodigal Son" Dickinson. Because after the bulky and sombre "X-Factor" and the weakly produced "Virtual XI" it was also high time that the Personnel Blaze Bayely comes to an end. For in the meantime Dickinson had with his solo band ("Accident of Birth", "Chemical Wedding") High beaten the Maiden Albem significantly. So you can pleasantly say to "Brave New World" short that it is actually with the best record in years. Although not quite as duck full as in the golden 80's, but you indeed developed over the years. And it must not always be rock-hard riffs and double bass, which should make an album great. In this album Maiden built a lot of instrumental and orchestral parts. Especially for "Blood Brothers", the central part is the violins really awesome. Where we are at the point now. So beautiful & awesome are the passages, some songs are to me because of this fact simply too long. What now to do the disk is not bad, but precisely "The Nomad", "Dream of Mirrors" and "Thin Line Between Love & Hate" for me are just too long. Why this pen? So what the rest of the plate like complete me & quite. Tracks such as "Wicker Man", "Brave New World" and especially "Out of the Silent Planet" reconcile the old Maiden disciples again fully & completely. Conclusion: "Brave New World" is for me to the best Maiden plates The disc offers varied and good songs, which unfortunately only one or the other turn times a bit too long But otherwise the CD can highly recommend and a must for.. each (Maiden) Collection !!!
