Alien Ghetto in Johannesburg

About the story: An alien spaceship has landed 20 years ago on Earth. More specifically, it hovers above Johannesburg, South Africa. There were 1000000/2 starved aliens aboard that because the spacecraft is now apparently manovrierunfähig, forced to live on Earth. They built for them a slum, later a wall around the slum because humans and aliens do not mix well.
