All-rounder at a reasonable price, fast scanner + copier

We have the printer a few months in operation. First wanted to try everything before I write a review. The device was easy to install on all PCs and laptops via LAN as wireless with different operating systems such as Vista and XP. You can print from any PC immediately sees everywhere the ink level and the print progress. One can also scan from any PC. Even from inside the device can send a scan to any PC / Laptop. It does always not matter whether it is a LAN or WLAN connected. We have made the best combination of all floors and even from the neighborhood. The unit also works independently, without any connected or switched on PC for the purpose of copying. You can copy in color or black and white. Copy quality is great, the speed is fast and the scan can be done quite quickly. Ever: Scan is wonderful, there is no warm-up time, clicks and already the scanner runs Rip-Rip by the glass pane. It also does not matter whether this the lid is open or closed. Some scanners scan no longer, when they realize that the lid does not rest. This one has a book, since you can not close the lid. Here, then, no problem.
In the no-longer-Use the printer turns off after a short time, is then completely dark. But as soon as a computer initiates a print job or scan job, it is zero-comma-nothing in the service and works immediately.

The printouts are good. We print now only with compatible cartridges from handyzubehoer.de or druckerzubehoer.de and are very satisfied.

The cartridge replacement works quite easy to get well off to the specialist - just open the lid, front left and fold out appropriate cartridge, other insert - finished. Especially nice is that you do not have eternal cleaning times longer on this unit. Our predecessor Epson printers were always so much cleaning effort that at the end of the cartridges were empty. Therefore, Epson is no longer out of the question. Can thoroughly recommend the printer. Is to assess the value for money with a score of 1. Super is just that one of our many connected computers and laptops can print from each. - And all with cheaper ink, since there are fortunately no chip on the cartridge, which one would have to expand cumbersome.

Color images we have already many printed and were there very satisfied with the quality. For good color prints, the printer needs naturally longer than usual for printouts from Word / Excel / Internet, but even that is not disturbing for us because we are using the printer primarily for all other applications.

Anyone looking for a printer for the network, a good scanner and even cheap printing wants, should opt for this device. Here I would give more stars if there were more than 5.
