I received this as a Christmas present remote control, go with my LM 620S.
All in all I am very satisfied with the controller via gyro sensors (comparable with Wii Motion Plus), they simple, intuitive and precise work. In addition, the navigation is much more comfortable, because instead to push like crazy with the Steuerkreut the selection frame back and forth you point the Magic Remote simply by "mouse" (leaves which adapt in size and graphical representation) on it and confirmed by clicking on the mouse wheel. In addition, you can if you want, change channels by "swiping".
Positive continues:
- Standard batteries AA Mignon (not included, is not in the description)
Secured battery compartment cover by rubber against loss -
- Connection / pairing worked fine
- Is well in hand
- Few keys (yes, that's quite positive, because for commonly used are present, the 100+ keys of normal remote control all that often)
Negative however (possibly unrecoverable via a software update?):
- When not moving the pointer disappears very quickly, so you have to activate this by shaking again until
- Manual- instead of 3D button (including the manual scheduling of a button?)
- The info bar appears at moving the pointer to the top edge of television, then why not at the bottom of the "My Apps" bar, why must you as an extra push the button?
- Click wheel does not work everywhere (the Click / Select the item under the pointer, yes, but the scrolling by bike not)
If LG would make the software side a little more thought and the corresponding criticisms could make improvements, it would be perfect. Just as the state is currently, but unfortunately remains a somewhat bad taste - in the sense of: "it would have been possible" ...
