almost flawlessly

After months of observing the price I slammed the middle of July. Did the way bought about Warehosue Deals (used - like new). It saves money and the device is in mint condition (just like new) - I can only recommend !!

Since there are already around 30 reviews, I will refer time on the important things that have been criticized or praised.

The Full HD display:
A friend informed me some years ago about a TV when he grew up, that the difference between Full HD and lower resolution for the human eye can be perceived only from a screen size of over 30 inches. I must admit that I did not make a direct comparison between this and a conventional Full HD Ultrabook screen. So I'm not sure if the different style is so serious. In any case, the picture is super bright (much brighter than a connected LED monitor from AOC), offering class, juicy colors. The resolution, however, is really super small. Actually, it annoys almost that you have to constantly zoom surfing the internet or as a sick man closer with his head on the screen to be able to read everything relaxed. Full HD, I have not recently decided to watch movies / series and to have a better overview in the Office programs. With Full-HD footage I find that it is inferior to the TV picture in nothing, except that it's just a smaller screen. My opinion: Actually, you can very well do without FULL-HD, especially if you often connect a large screen. On the other hand adorns you to be happy with the feature Full HD (so stupid it sounds) and the rich colors and the super brightness are certainly not the only merit of the IPS panel.

The backlit keyboard:
Writing can be neither better nor worse than any other of Ultrabooks on the keyboard. "Pressure point" and what you always hear ... I see no difference - all good, as it should be. Memory / SSD / pre-installed programs:
Except for the small space and the exorbitant price SSD hard drives are just a lot better than any HDD. I've been using Windows 8 and the difference to a Windows 7 computer with HDD is in terms of speed just unbelievable. Never again HDD or Windows 7! Dare to Windows 8! Battery / speakers:
I do not sit with my stop watch in front of the notebook when I'm working with it. Therefore, no precise information from me, how long the small persevere. I can only say that the battery manages long. 3-4 episodes Breaking Bad (about 40 minutes per episode) went through loose and with high brightness. But please think twice: Where can you not be Notebook charge in an emergency? In aircraft, train, university, etc. it is usually so rich 6-8 hours of easy, I think. These 12 hours or what is supposed to go with the new Haswell processors, in my opinion, confidence trick.
The integrated speakers are a big selling point of the notebook! Suuuper loud and not blächernd. Who needs a "fat bass" soweiso makes some wrong when he the expected from a notebook. Everything else deliver the JBL speakers. Need now on the desk no more external boxes (cable clutter saved)

Housing:
Gaps on touchpad ?? I do not know what is supposed to be just that. Of course, there are minimal gaps between, because it was nunmal a touchpad installed. But these are not visible or noticeable. There is no dirt accumulates between and also the pad itself does not slide back and forth! In terms of hygiene, I would rather look at my times keys on your keyboard - these are gaps ....
Otherwise, to read as in other reviews: Great quality. The color is (thankfully) much darker than in the pictures. Rather than this anthracite gray flash. What was important to me: If the notebook is on the table / in the womb and I stay lift the display, this is achieved with one hand. It does not tilt the entire unit there. The balancing of the weight is therefore optimal.

WLAN:
It has been mentioned a couple of times: It can happen that the Internet connection via WLAN interrupted. Then must be reconnectet. The annoying bit. Since I do not know which driver is used, I can not install any previous version. But fortunately rarely happens.

Conclusion:
Price I am with nearly 1000 in fact only marginally satisfied. Ultimately, I am very satisfied with the device. I would recommend it to anyone! Since this keyboard light is not optimal and you have to operate effort to throw down the garbage and freizukriegen the space (is always so), I want to pull (a little out of spite) a star. 1000 would be in my opinion a fair price for the same device with 256GB memory!
