We come first to the album:
Each of the Kim Wilde hears knows the album since 1988, when "You came" a hit has become. Most data we had back then buy this album on CD, MC or LP because the singles were successful and brilliant. But the surprise came when we heard the entire album!
You'll be the one who'll lose? Europeansoul? Stone? Lucky guy? For me personally, a super successful work. After "Select" (1982), finally a CD that I go up and down to hear, even if she is 25 years old. So a tip to get you started, if someone does not know Kim Wilde so good. It's worth highlights like "Never trust a stranger" according to hear to find out who Kim Wilde was a time, and why she was back in the 80's so successful and popular (for us still today)! ;-)
For Remastering:
Finally a digit remastering everything was very well mixed! No override the sound quality, bass and treble remains strong and clear, you can see the CD as loud as you want to hear! The processing of the sound, the quality does not ruin, but improved 100%.
Unfortunately, I have to deduct a star and it concerns "You came (Shep Pettibone 7" US Radio Edit) "(Track 18 - CD1). So far I have not the LP / Vinyl is one version in order to make a comparison, but I think but not that this particular version was remixed so bad (I would be glad if someone has the single LP with this version so that it makes a comparison and here his opinion writing). I am almost convinced that there is a youtube download is, even in a poor quality because comical manner has long been to find exactly the same track and the same "not so good" quality on youtube. Compared to "You came (Shep Pettibone 12 '' Mix)" (Track 6 - CD2), though not to the rest of the album, you can very clearly hear the difference Perhaps it is no coincidence that this particular version of the last track of 1.CD is..
The original album and the rest is 100% quality! Do not be afraid of Loudness War, this is definitely not the case.
For Booklet:
Here no wishes remain! 27 pages with many photos, lyrics and information about the album. Kim Wilde himself also writes something about it!
The front panel is the same as we know it only with the title "Remastered Expanded Edition" printed on the bottom right and top left "2CD". The rear has been reprinted so that the titles of the new version of the album and appear on the inlay in addition 4 photos were printed. The 1.CD black, with Kim just like you see in the front and the 2.CD red, with another photo.
Conclusion:
My respect ... succeeded, albeit with a small mistake! Universal Iceland Records Ltd has done a very good job and that the "fair price" !!
If you think if he wants to buy the CD, gets me a resounding "yes" for an answer.
Now we are hoping for a new Remastered Expanded Edition of "Love Moves" or "Love is" ...
