Suffering from tinnitus and having sleep problems, I use Ear earplugs for 20 years. I find them very suitable thanks to their texture foam which makes them very comfortable and that allows them to adapt to each ear canal. The sounds are muffled and small external noise (television, noisy neighbors, etc.) are reduced and sometimes eliminated following the sound level. They are washable but I think they lack texture and then struggling to regain their original size.
