Plus points:
+ Display is razor sharp. Even my HD wallpapers on a 1200p HD monitor look "just" as good.
+ With a Quad Core and 2GB RAM is because a lot of power behind the surface
+ And despite the 7Ah holding (!) Battery almost forever. After receiving turned on immediately without recharging (50% battery) and 12 hours
Programs installed, played around, configured, etc. Normal smartphones with smaller display and less power are not there
better.
+ Previously been a bit skeptical myself the S-Pen convinced. This was actually the main criterion, why I look at the Note 10.1
bought. It writes wonderfully so (you must, however, ever have written such a system to the pitfalls
to recognize). But even for laymen the whole is intuitive and easy. Even refills (think 5) are included, as
unfortunately the tip wears out. But no more grease lubrication of sausage fingers;)
+ Handwriting recognition: For those who do not like virtual keyboards (I am one): The Note 10.1 has a handwriting recognition,
as is more super. Instead of the keyboard "Notepad" appears on the then with the S-Pen or finger to (S-Pen is accurate;))
the words, phrases, numbers, etc writes. Initially still quite difficult for the music, it recognizes later much written words immediately and makes
barely misplacement. I'm assuming that the program mitlernt. Even a lubricated "retr eval" (eg ID) is after a while
clean detected. Unfortunately, this feature does not work for password fields. Is a shame but really a meaningful protection.
+ All previously positive on Android. Reliable, fast, easy and with lots of software.
+ Dual Monitor: 2 programs can be (not all compatible!) Running side by side. If you want to quickly copy times in the course something of a PDF,
simply superb. Can one then immediately at S Note, Polaris or wherever integrate.
+ S Note provides damn many functions: In addition to the handwriting-to-text feature, there's a form function and a function formula. However, the
latter not perfect. The formulas are displayed too big for my taste.

Let me say that there are in-ear headphones with interchangeable attachments for each ear.

So 32GB. Enough. In addition, there is a "substitute" a 2 year license for Dropbox with 50GB volume.

You may disagree here, I finds well.
Bad points:
- Glossy surfaces become fat quickly (that's why I only use the pen). But that's the fashion nowadays.
- Written things in S grade or Polaris can hardly or not be edited later.
The worst part is that I can not move written (eg written in the wrong place).
I would remove it or cut it out and copy and paste. Because one or the other function would do better than me.
Perhaps there is a trick, but not aware.
- Dual display works only with selected apps and software. Good approach but should be extended to all.
- Access shafts for Micro SDHC and SIM card are much too low. I have thought that I would do something wrong.
But you have to sink the cards so deep that you need something as an extension. There it is, one is a woman with nails)
- Formulas are shown definitely too large in S grade. Since the option to adjust the size lacking. Maybe there's them, but I have
so far found nothing. And formulas for engineers are often long and big ....
- Separate connection to beamer missing. Although is hardly feasible but that you have to pay to buy an adapter that switches to HD
and it hardly HD projector are at universities, you have to have an adapter from HDMI to VGA ... buy for the price would at least have the Samsung Adapter
thereby a must. The part costs in production and nothing is wasted for 3 or. Customers would have rejoiced.
- A survey by the rear view camera would have been good. Turning the Tablet or holds it there, it can quickly render the Wurstfinger
the lens meet. And that's a gaffe. Generally lenses should have an extra protection. But here is what the amateur photographer from me.

For example, I opened from Dropbox my physics book with almost 1,000 pages in color with the Adobe Reader. War within 2 seconds and open
runs smoothly.
Also, the Tab is very robust. No creaking, no bend or otherwise.
Apple falls ever further into the background. Samsung has long since taken over the top. With an iPad (which is thicker, has no pen recognition,
its battery scrap acts the same and completely overpriced brand crap) because you can not keep up long ago!
However, the price of the note is slightly higher than for an iPad. There can also be more. Here you get something for your money
and who knows how to maintain equipment, is very long enjoy it. Whoever "just" a tablet, wants to can also pick up a Nexus.
Those who like to want to write it, is in good hands at the Note 10.1.
ATTENTION! The Tab 2, which is so highly praised and offered everywhere is bad!
Less power, inferior hardware, no pen recognition and does not cost much less.
