Especially the mentioned in other reviews some "stiffness" of this silicone spatula makes its advantage for me. EMSA-Scraper comes along very well with firmer dough, too much flexibility is not here so convenient. The handle is stable and is really good in the hand. I also like that it is offered in different colors, which, although on the functionality does not change, but pleases the eye. I recommend it gladly.
