Also in the price range not convincing!

To display quality and feel:
The picture quality is pretty good. No distortion, fine color gradations are reproduced well, and even a gamut test was successful. A small weakness is only this weak cloud-like lights at a black background. But when properly adjusted monitor a successful image editing Otherwise, no problem.

To feel there is not much to say, a lot of plastic (fortunately not in glossy look), but overall well made. The foot makes a strong impression, even with occasional collisions with the desk monitors always good there. The key I think is rather stiff, but does not matter, because I need this rather rare. The OSD menu is in German available and served its purpose, but I would consider the possibility of the gamma value set user-defined, rather than establishing modes called "i-Style Color" and "eco".

Why only 2 stars?

Ordered in Feb. 2013 two of these models, as I unfortunately could not get identical model more to my 3-year-old 24-inch model, but put great emphasis on an exact same image output. It started with the fact that both monitors have pixel errors, one of the two had almost centered several consistently glowing red pixels, the second had a bad, weak gray bright pixel at the bottom. The defective pixels of the second display I thought was not worth mentioning, since it is precisely on the taskbar and is virtually impossible to detect. But the first monitor went back immediately and I got quick and unbureaucratic a new and accurate model of Amazon.

After one year in use of the exchanged monitor in the upper right corner has a small, bulky pads, which lights up a little brighter than the rest of the image, but not in black background. Violence of any kind may I definitely rule out as a cause. Furthermore, immersed in the middle of an occasional flock of pixel errors with "any color selection" on, mainly when starting or shutting down the system. If you tap this point lightly, but it disappears immediately.

My Conclusion:

Actually, from the overall impression passable monitors for less money and with a quite presentable imaging performance, which I would really like given 3 stars. But such annoyances as pixel errors, moreover, in this high number, and at the same 3 monitors, I think is absolutely unacceptable, in any price range! Certainly everything is not perfect, but it should be possible in the 21st century to produce error-free monitors, so novel and error-prone LCD technology is now also no longer.

But 5 star. On Amazon for as always speedy and unbureaucratic service
