I bought the Hoya R72 infrared filter, because I wanted to have an infrared camera and my various filters, which can be purchased so (eg Life Pixel) were simply too expensive. So I have got further ado a Nikon D80 concerned, the Hoya ordered in the smallest size and cut by glass cutter (I unfortunately only later found out that to me is a glazier, all the well water jet could cut me). The Hoya zuscheiden, running on the same dimensions as the original low-pass filter of the camera and you're done, the infrared camera. For instructions can be found on the net or on Youtube. The results are excellent and there is the advantage that you can still adjust the subject through the viewfinder properly. For quality of the filter I have nothing more to say ... I think strong buy recommendation!
